On July 15, 2025, the 25th Meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) — known as the SCO Tianjin Summit — was held in Tianjin, China. As part of the city’s landmark lighting showcase for the summit, the iconic Tianjin Eye Ferris Wheel lit up in a breathtaking light display over the Haihe River.
